All the Flats will be provided with AC, TV, Fans, Lighting, Furniture, Mirrors and Wardrobes etc.

1. Bed with quality foam mattress, soft foam pillow, good quality bedsheet, bedcover, pillow cover, blankets and quilts.
2. Wall fixed reading lamp over the head of the bed.
3. Separate spacious bedside table with bookshelf and drawer with each bed.
4. Two cupboards in the room.

7. Switches for tube light, reading lamp and fan is set beside the bed.
8. Bath has geyser and mixture taps, shower, soap holder, washbasin, cosmetic rack, mirror, towel rod. A stool is provided for the resident to sit and have bath.
9. English or Indian Commode with all sanitary fittings will be provided as per preference of the resident.
10. Windows of room has both curtain and netlon cover.
11. Wall clock.
12. Chairs in both back and front balconies.
13. Required Lights in the flat.
14. Linen will be provided by the management. Bed Sheets and Towels.
15. All floors will have Aqua guard water filter with cooler for drinking water requirement. Water bottles will be provided by the management.
