Swarg Ashram is an idea to provide home comfort and peace of mind to seniors by giving 5 star facilities. This will run on minimal profit basis.

The Flat will be registered in the name of Resident in government revenue records which will transferable / salable but with the terms and conditions settled with the management which will be mentioned in the agreement between management and resident.

There will be a primary investment of Rs. 15 Lakh, which needs to be paid in installments as follows:

Booking Amount Rs 10000/-

1. Amount at the time of Agreement Signing – 372500/- (First Installment)
2. Completion of Columns – 372500/- (Second Installment)
3. Completion of Slab and Brick Work – 372500/- (Third Installment)
4. On completion of finishing of the flat – 372500/- (Fourth Installment)

Possession within two years of start of project. Monthly charges of 20000 /- INR per couple will be charged to facilitate the resident for the said facilities.
