Swarg Ashram, we are planning to provide a peaceful, pollution free, a 5 star living complex in the vicinity of Dhauladhar Ranges away from Hustle Bustle of city life.

For 100 couples of the Age group of 56 years or plus. For the income group of Rs. 35000/- to Rs. 45000/- monthly either by pension, business or participation by children or other means with primary investment of Rs. 15 Lakh approximately.

Self financed one Flat (Bed cum living room, pantry cum dressing and bathroom) approximate size 12’ X 28’ +  8’(carpet area 38’ X 13’) balcony at back side, front common balcony cum passage at approximate cost of Rs. 15 Lakh per Flat ( In 5 installments) in multistorey building with all the modern facilities.
